When in season, local ingredients are foraged to enhance the recipe, with an infusion of rose and cranberry lending its signature pink hue and subtle summer rose character. Aromatic notes of rose petals, kaffir lime and rose hip are beautifully balanced by native fuchsia flowers, delivering a delicate smoothness and refined finish.
