On the nose rich malty aroma with hints of breakfast cereal and cooked fruits. On the palate crisp, fresh flavour with malty sweetness and delicate oak notes. Subtle spice and hints of toasted almonds. The finish is clean with a lingering sweetness.

In 1909 Alexander Cowie used his most rare and special aged stock to create his own private release - a whisky he called Cowie's Blue Seal, a symbol representing the utmost quality.
