Smokehead Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky is intensely rich yet subtly sweet. Smokehead embodies a wild spirit and appeals to those with an appreciation for heavy, earthy peat. With immense smoke and notes of sea salt and spice, this is a vigorous whisky that stands out from the crowd.

A classic Island whisky from the oldest distillery in Skye that delivers a rich dried-fruit sweetness, with strong barley-malt flavours and a peaty, peppery finish.

One of the superb selection of whiskies from Diageo's 2021 Special Releases Legends Untold, this expression is a Talisker single malt which has matured for eight years. It's a bold and vibrant expression, having been matured in heavily peated refill casks, meaning this one packs a peaty punch - though you'll also find plenty of mouth-watering fruit notes in there too. The theme of Diageo's 2021 Special Releases is Legends Untold, and the bottlings all feature references to stories (real and imagined) surrounding the distillery. Given Taliskers coastal home on the isle of Skye, it should come as no surprise to see a rather imposing sea monster upon its label. A straight and classic Talisker, this is a wonderfully clearsighted, powerfully fire breathing sea-monster of a malt, with a direct and bold nature.

Tamnavulin Double Cask is the perfect introduction to their signature Speyside single malt whiskies: sweet, smooth and fruity, with notes of orchard fruits, creamy toffee and Crème Brûlée. Like all Tamnavulin, this whisky starts life in American ex-bourbon casks, adding smoothness to their sweet, fruity spirit. Then, when the time is right, the whisky is finished in seasoned sherry casks. Amber gold in the glass, where rich, warm aromas of apple, toffee and honey with sweet marzipan and subtle tangy marmalade notes meet the nose. On the palate fresh, mellow with pear creamy peaches and pineapple and a hint of Demerara sugar.

Aged in traditional oak casks and finished in Caribbean rum casks which result in a well-rounded whisky with notes of toffee, fruit and vanilla.

Under the watchful eye of Dalmore's Master Distiller, the spirit is initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks. This is the perfect start to the maturation journey as it develops their house style of chocolate, orange and spice. This Dalmore is then fully finished in casks having held a very unique sherry, created especially for The Dalmore - a blend of classic & aged oloroso and rich & sweet Pedro Ximénez, formulated to provide the perfect enhancement to their house style. The result is a stunning and elegant Dalmore single malt, bursting with sweet fruit and decadent spice.

The Dalmore 15 year old was first launched in 2007. Matured in Matusalem, Apostoles and Amoroso Sherry casks, it proffers all those winter spice, orange zest and chocolate notes characteristic of Dalmore.

An indulgent, smooth Highland Single Malt matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks and aged Tawny Port pipes. The Aroma: Sweet red berries, Seville oranges, plummy fruits, and sticky toffee pudding. The Palate: Nectarines, creamy caramel, roasted chestnuts, and Java coffee. The Finish: Rich plums, sultanas, Sanguinello blood oranges, and macerated cherries.

Representing The Glenlivet's signature style, The Glenlivet 12 Year Old single malt is first matured in traditional oak, before spending time in American oak casks that impart notes of vanilla and gives the whisky its distinctive smoothness. The mineral-rich water that comes from Josie's Well helps form the flavours during mashing and fermentation, whilst the specific height and width of the copper stills add a delicate yet complex character. The Glenlivet 15 Year Old is a warm and inviting single malt, it offers a rich, exotic character, crafted through selective finishing in French Limousin oak casks. Through the French oak, the fruity house style of The Glenlivet is complemented by refined nutty notes, rich mango, and a delightful hint of cinnamon spice. The 15 Year Old single malt whisky is meticulously matured to achieve a unique, pleasing spiciness without overpowering its refined character.
